The staff are friendly and incredibly nice and really care about the guests. It offers a magnificent location next to cafés and pubs. - the location is a short walk from the railway and bus stations, supermarket, and train station.

We had a very special stay at this old-fashioned hotel. Everything was good, very welcoming staff, marvellous location right by the bus station, shops, pubs and sea and a short walk from the the railway. Location right in the heart of the city was a plus.

The location was particularly good and unbeatable, near to pubs and bars. We had the double room which was spotless and airy for your breakfast. - the staff was pleasant at all times. - We liked the property and would stay here again.

I really liked how my single room was set up - modern bathroom, comfy bed, and even a kettle for tea. the location here is fantastic; there are great pubs around to hang out in 🍺.

Everything was good, had a really lovely stay. the location in a great area was good and there were shops and a market nearby. - I appreciated how pleasant the staff is, would stay here again.

The staff members were very pleasant and amiable. The location is incredible, as it is really close to the center of Whitby and all amenities. Also, the hotel is near the bus and rail stations, as well as the harbor, beach, abbey, and the 199 steps. There are also lovely restaurants nearby.

Fantastic location with everything you need within arm's reach - a cool pub downstairs 🍻, bus and train stops nearby, and just a stone's throw away from the harbor, beach, and abbey.
